Registration Fees

Regular Fee (+50 EUR Late Registration)

450 EUR = Early Registration (icebreaker+gala dinner included)

500 EUR = Early Registration + Field Trip

540 EUR = Early Registration + Field Trip + Transfer from/to airport

490 EUR = Early Registration + Transfer from/to airport



PhD Student Fee (+50 EUR Late Registration)

350 EUR = Early Registration (icebreaker+gala dinner included)

400 EUR = Early Registration + Field Trip

440 EUR = Early Registration + Field Trip + Transfer from/to airport

390 EUR = Early Registration + Transfer from/to airport



The final "Fee package" will be built consisting of selected options (one receipt).


Payment for the field trip (50 EUR) and transfer (higher price than if paid as part of the fee package) is also possible directly on site. Contact the organiser if this applies to you (omanovic@irb.hr).

How to Register/Pay?


Payment methods

Bank transfer (Deferred payment) - You will receive pro-forma invoice on your email after the payment registration.

NOTE that registered participants will receive email with the subject "Invoice - Fourwaves". Please check also your spam email box.


Invitation letters for visa purposes can only be sent to participants who have completed the registration process and paid the registration fee.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

If the user cannot attend the Conference, it is possible to transfer the registration to another attendee.

There will be no penalty for cancellations received on or before the date 30 days prior to the first day of an annual conference. The full amount paid minus a 20% processing fee will be refunded.

A cancellation fee of 50% of registration costs will be applied for cancellations received between 29 to 10 days before the annual conference.

No refund will be issued for cancellations received less than 10 days before the first day of the annual conference, unless in accordance with the Emergency Policy below. Transfers can only be made if requested by a deadline of 10 days prior to the conference.

All cancellations or requests for transfer must be sent in writing via e-mail or regular mail to the conference organizers. Telephone requests will not be honored.


Emergency Policy

Refunds may be granted if an attendee is unable to attend the conference due to a family death, illness, or other extraordinary circumstance.  In such a circumstance, the Main Office must be contacted by phone, letter or e-mail. If initial notification is by phone, it must be followed up in writing. Refunds will still be subject to the 20% processing fee.


Author Refunds

Authors who have their papers included in the Conference Proceedings are not eligible for a refund once the Proceedings are finalized. Authors may receive a refund by the normal means above if they withdraw any submitted papers before they are included in electronic or hard-copy proceedings.

If for any reason the conference should be cancelled, the organizers will refund the full registration fee within 90 days of canceling the conference.
